1. Making
a Reservation |
Reservations can be
made over the phone (locally at 303.988.4100 or
toll free at 1-866.442.4411). You can also
e-mail Reservations@SaveTheBliss.com.
This will include paying a $150 deposit (for each
bouquet), arranging a pick-up time or
mailing/drop-off time for your flowers, and
reserving space both on our calendars and in our
freeze-dryers for your project. All deposits are
non-refundable. Deposits will be applied toward
the final balance for the displayed
flowers. |

2. Deliver
Flowers |
Outside
the Denver Metro Area: We encourage
customers to use our specially designed "Bliss
Design Custom Shipper" to ensure your flowers will
reach us just as if you were in town. Upon making
your reservation, the custom shipper will be
mailed to you along with tips/instructions for
caring for and shipping your bouquet. At that
point, you will pack and ship your flowers
overnight to Bliss Design or ship them
according to the arrangements we have made for
your flowers.
Denver Metro
Area: With at least three weeks
advanced notice, we offer a pick-up service for
flowers for our clients in the Denver Metro Area,
Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, and many
places between. Last minute pick up can
also be arranged. To avoid the cost for the
pick up service, an appointment may be scheduled
for the drop off of your flowers at our location
in Highlands Ranch, CO just south west of Broadway
& C-470. ** For other
locations in Colorado, but outside of our pick-up
service area, arrangements can be made to utilize
our custom shipper or flowers can be dropped-off
at our Highlands Ranch, CO location.

3. Order
Display |
We recommend all
choices on type of display, matting, additional
memorabilia, etc. be made as close to the wedding
date as possible to ensure we can begin working on
orders promptly. This can be done online or by
appointment in our Highlands Ranch studio. Some
brides wait until after their wedding to place
orders, in which case we will accept them up to
three weeks post-event. Please see our terms and
conditions for further details regarding our order
policies.
In-House Design
Appointments: During a 30 minute
design appointment in our studio, you will see
pictures of your original flowers and/or bouquet,
look at many preservation samples, look at a wide
variety of frame and matting samples, and talk
through the layout of your display with one of our
experienced designers. Please come to your
appointment with any memorabilia you would like to
consider including, having thought through where
and how you might want to display your bouquet,
and what style of display would you would
like.
Online Design
Appointments: For clients outside
of the Denver area, or those in the area that wish
to design their display without an in-house
appointment, displays may be viewed and ordered
online. Additionally, we would be happy to set up
an appointment for you to design your display
online while chatting with one of our talented
designers. During such time, you will consider the
size, style, shape, color and layout, and
additional details of your display. Before
your online design appointment, please give some
thought to any memorabilia you would like to
consider including, where and how you might want
to display your bouquet, and what style of display
would you would like.
"Fine
Print": Please note that we take
many pictures of your bouquet before disassembling
it so that our designers are able to recreate it
just as beautifully as your florist did. During
your design appointment, photographs of your
bouquet or flowers will be viewed. The actual
flowers will be working their way through our
delicate and tedious process and will not be
available for viewing in person. We are certain
you will enjoy the magic of seeing your fresh and
beautiful bouquet and then once again reliving the
magic when you receive your finished piece
preserved and displayed according to your
desires.
Also, please remember that
all flowers leaving Bliss Design
will be enclosed in the display you choose. Any
flowers not enclosed/utilized in your display
become the property of A Remembrance. Per our
terms and conditions, no flower will leave A
Remembrance unless enclosed in a custom display of
the customers' choice. Regardless of the size and
kind of flower, the quantity in our care, or the
situation, there are no exceptions to this rule.

4. Preserve Flowers
& Design Display |
Every bouquet
preserved at Bliss Design is done with
the highest quality workmanship available in the
industry today. Because of the extreme care taken
in photographing, documenting and dismantling
floral arrangements, on top of the extensive
chemical and freeze-drying process and then
incredible attention to detail in the actual
display and design of the flowers, the entire
preservation process takes between 12 and 16 weeks
to complete. |

5. Ship Finished
Product |
Bliss
Design will ship or deliver your final
product immediately upon completion. To avoid the
cost of shipping, you are welcome to make
arrangements to pick up your display at our studio
within 2 weeks of completion. |
